Digital Essex has developed an interactive map which shows where you can access free digital support in your area. Free pre-loaded SIM cards or vouchers are also available to help eligible residents get online (eligibility criteria can be found here). Our map will be regularly updated as more support becomes available.

In addition, we have recently launched our Digital Help Finder. This tool assesses what skills you need and recommends resources and services that can support you to improve and make progress. You may wish to improve your skills for life, to help you with day-to-day online tasks. Or you can develop skills to pursue a more digital career, strengthen your CV and improve your employability.
