Community hubs

Come together in community hubs!

We're working across the county to support the creation of community hubs to help local residents to come together to help each other to get online. 

Broadband operators are working to deliver full-fibre connections to key community buildings including village halls, church halls and community centres. To help residents benefit from this new connection, skills providers are working together to run support sessions to teach essential digital skills and build confidence. This joined-up approach will help to create long-lasting community digital hubs and ensure more Essex residents can access the benefits of being online.
