Digital Help Finder

In partnership with Mortar, Digital Essex have developed a Digital Help Finder tool.

Digital skills are essential to modern life, but it can be difficult to know which skills you need and where to learn them. Our Digital Help Finder helps identify the digital skills you need and find the local services and support available to help you.

Through the tool, you'll be able to:

  • Quickly assess and track your current digital skills
  • Discover courses and locations where you can improve your digital skills near to you
  • Get support around accessing devices, connectivity or additional 1-to-1 support

Our Skills Tool assesses what skills you need and recommends resources and services that can support you to improve and make progress. You may wish to improve your skills for life, to help you with day-to-day online tasks. Or you can develop skills to pursue a more digital career, strengthen your CV and improve your employability. Follow the links below for more information on the different pathways available.

If you're a provider of digital inclusion services and would like to use or add resources to the tool, please reach out to the Digital Essex team by completing our enquiry form.
