Digital landline switch events

We’re attending events across Essex to help residents understand what they need to do to prepare for the end of analogue phone lines. By 2025, traditional lines will be replaced by a digital landline service. This means that calls will be made over a broadband line.

Telephone providers should contact all residents before anything changes. Depending on the provider, this could be a letter, text, email, postcard or leaflet.
