Broadband Champions

Superfast Essex is recruiting a team of local community representatives to help share information, updates and other news among local communities as work progresses. As a Broadband Champion we would like you to be a voice in your community passing on local updates about plans in your area, or encouraging people to register their demand via our Make the Connection Survey. It might mean sending an email to your parish council, asking your local shop to put up a notice about an event, sharing our posts on social media, or simply talking to your neighbour in the street.

We currently have over 100 Broadband Champions across Essex and there are many more communities where we are still keen to find representatives to help. Check our Broadband Champion list to see if there is a representative in your area. Anyone interested in being a Broadband Champion for their local neighbourhood, where there isn’t already a representative listed, is encouraged to register via our registration form

View this page to see all our upcoming events for residents and businesses, where a member of the Superfast Essex team will be available to discuss the programme and answer questions. If you are organising an event and would like us to attend, please fill in the Contact Us form found at the bottom of the page.
